We monitor budget requests, planning and control, record purchases and refunds: proper funds management will allow our team to grow and reach set goals. We manage internal and external procedures, such as recruiting new team members, archiving important documents and connecting with the bureaucratic apparatus.
We provide our team with any needed material from other sections and even other teams by collaborating with DIMEAS, external suppliers and our professors. We build relationships with future sponsors and partners, reach possibly interested companies, search and promote public events and meetings to expand the team's network of acquaintances.
