ENGINESOFT is a leader in transferring know-how, technologies and simulation software solutions in Italy and Europe. It provides application and methodological consultancy and supports companies in the innovation of the design process and digital transformation.
ENGINESOFT provided us with the ANSYS Package, that will allow us to properly study the rotor and the selection of materials that will be used in its construction and run fluid dynamic simulations of its behaviour.
ELIO is a development board based on ESP32-S3, with Artificial Intelligence functions that allows real-time programming of IoT via a visual editor. In 55 mm of diameter, it contains 8 sensors and 7 actuators, all programmable in the cloud.
Thanks to this board, we will be able to develop the remotely controllable weather station for the 3.0 prototype.
It will also establish wireless communication allowing remote control of the rotor status.
DEWESoft is known for its world-class data collection products: it provides cutting-edge solutions for testing and measurement and produces the best data acquisition systems for the engineering sector.
They will allow us to use one of their products, the DAQ system (Data Acquisition System) to carry out needed measurements, on the rotor and generator, even in the wind tunnel. With their guidance, we will be able to obtain accurate measurements and make significant progress with our project.
